I am pretty sure that about right now you are experiencing some major life changes. Those changes are coming forward because of the recent energy shift we have all been feeling, and it has to do with you being true to you! You are most likely at a place in your life, where you can no longer ignore what you need, what is most important to you and the powerful and sometimes painful call from your soul. Because of this, many changes are happening all around you! All of the changes are for your highest and best good, but it might not feel that way at first. You are no longer seeing the world through the same eyes. You are seeing the world in a new way: through your soul’s eyes. This awakening is truly inspirational for all those around you. You are inspiring others and leading the way for others to awaken to their true selves. Right now, as you are experiencing many changes all around you, you may be experiencing some sadness due to grieving all of the things, people and places, that are currently moving out of your life to make room for the new people and opportunities that are coming forward. The best way for you to move through this process is to take time out to feel what you are feeling. Being alone out in nature is a great way for you to process what is going on within you. It is time for you to practice non-attachment, because as much as you want things to stay the same, at the same time you know that it can’t. Let go of trying to control the circumstances around you and trust that all of the changes that are taking place are for your highest and best good.
Get out your Journal!
Write at the top, what is my resistance to all of the changes that are going on around me, where do I feel that in my body and what does that feel like? Once you identify what you are feeling, find the tension in your body and begin to breathe through it! Breathe deeply, sending white light to the areas where the resistance is located in your body. Go back to your journal and write about all the ways your life will change when you let go and allow things to move in a new direction.
