Stress can create tension in the body. Especially in the neck and shoulders.

Molly shares two deep breathing exercises that will allow you to feel the air flow deeper into your body. Deep breathing allows the body to get more oxygen and it also helps to relax, recenter, and refocus.

Another tool for releasing stress is humming. The vibration and resonance of the hum can aid in relaxation and refocus. Molly invites you to #humforhealth.
